Blue Bubbled Gnome south of Azshara

Hello everyone, sorry if this is a repost,

I was swimming around azshara and noticed these bubbles,

So basically, start here in Azshara:


Then when u swim out and until you get to the bubbles, an area titled 'The Ruined Reaches,' (It's just before the fatigue water)


Now swim down to the boat shown here:

This area is for à quest, if you look a bit further you Will see a small island with some crew on it, they have a quest involving this area. Pretty Nice find if its new for you

There's some quest where some pirate captain talks about this place and her crew sank to the bottom of the sea

She mentions "We were just off the coast looking for a safe haven to make anchor. The sun hadn't been down for more than an hour when they attacked... those damned naga!"
After helping her beat the naga she mentions "I would ask you to speak to any surviving passengers from the Horizon Scout. Some of them had business in the area, and may have a request or two of you if you're willing"

But none of the npcs in the area offer a followup quest, it would appear the quest-line wasn't implemented properly but the mobs under water would've had something to do with it.

This gnome is no-one else than Roland Geardabbler
And the quest you are refering to Agni is A Crew Under Fire given to you by Captain Vanessa Beltis standing at the shore in southern Aszhara, co-ords 53.1 87.8.
This questline was never fully implented as said of a GM, Quote from wowhead "A GM confirmed that the Horizon Crew Questline was never fully implemented (and probably never will be)."
