You Need:
A smart guy
quite many few noggenfogger elexirs

then you go here



and unse noggenfogger pots untill you get feather buff if you get any others you gotta cancel them or this wont work ... then when you got only the feather buff on then mount up and jump were i marked

then you just go up and not turn anyweres

then you should be up on mountains ... just be careful dont die or you gotta ress at spirit

I have always done this going from loch modan and jumping up the mountains that way without needing noggenfogger or any slow fall. Me and a friend used nitro boots and wowinfinity hack to slow fall all the way past stormwind into like duskwood hehe.
