Fun places to use your sandbox tiger

So I have to give credit to http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-ex...ironforge.html because that's where I got the idea for it. I did a search for "spectral tiger" and "sandbox tiger" and came up with no other posts, so hopefully this isn't a re-post. Anyways, as the other link says, you must have the sandbox tiger from TCG.

After having my fun in Old Ironforge, I started to wonder other places to use the "mount glitch". I did try the Karazhan Crypt, with no luck...so will have to wait for another way in that doesn't require any rogue tricks. In any case, I'd like to see other places that people find, using this mount glitch, that I didn't think of.

The places I've found so far that work with this have been in the Dalaran sewers. Any of the gates, at the ends of the hallways, or by the bank there, work. Unfortunately that hungry croc isn't attackable, but the mice in the larger room on the other end of the sewers are. XD I've also been able to use the glitch to get into what I think is the SW vault. The large tower out in the SW Canals, that is blocked off by gates and guards is where you want to go. Again, just put your tiger right against the gate and hop on and off. It's got a layout similar to the Stockades building, but with no guards and no finished "dungeon" area. Instead, when you go down the steps you'll see 3 doors with just a bright white light. For those that don't know, you can jump through any of those and that will get you under SW.
It seems that any place where my minion can run through, but I can't, or a place where maybe a mage can polymorph (lock fear or any other of those similar effects) a person through will work with this glitch.
For kicks and giggles I did try the other large door in IF, next to the Old IF door, and it's just a small room. Fun to see though.
It's patch time atm, so I can't go try this with the old location of Dalaran. I'm hoping it will get me through the pink barrier, but who knows. :P EDIT: Kluge mentioned the barrier is no longer there, which since I haven't been back since the Lich King expansion I wouldn't have known. :P Thanks for the heads up!

..now that I realize it, this is probably a repost just because before Blizz put the nerf on vehicles, there were probably posts similar to this on places to go with your mounts. Well, at the very least, since I didn't think of using my sandbox tiger for anything other than amusement I'll leave it up for others who may not think of it either.

Looks like we're in the same boat. I ran around and tried using it to access different areas as well! I tried the SW Vault and couldn't get it to work. Maybe it has to be a certain side of the building? I'll try the Dalaran places.

I have another place to add though: The Greymane Wall. If you get up on the right side of the wall and place your Tiger against the invisible wall, it'll bump you over it and allow you see what's on the other side (which is nothing).

Also, don't want to burst your bubble (pun not intended), but unless I'm mistaken, there is no more pink barrier around old Dalaran. It's just a huge crater now.

LOL ah, I get Sneaky's post then. I haven't been back to Old Dalaran since the expansion of Lich King. So all I knew was it was still there. I'll make a note in the original post then :P
