It's just a floating graphic to look pretty. It's not solid, or even fully 'painted' so it looks really stupid up close.

Yeah jumped trough it once back in 3.0.3 when wallwalking worked. Not solid and as Errage says it looks stupid up close :P

I've tryed getting there with my mage tons of times.
You just fall through the ceiling, just like every other building in SW.

I have actually wondered this since i found out about wallclimbing. I always tried to get up on there via wallclimbing but never got stuck. Lately with harbour being introduced any more place under SW i tought of being able to get there now. But i guess its not possible then!
