Change wow intro music

Took some research to relearn how to change the login/character screen music 'cause I'm on a WoW hiatus, but here's the no-MPQ-tampering method. Navigate to your World of Warcraft/Data/ directory and create this heirarchy of folders within: Sound\Music\GlueScreenMusic. Once that's done, drop in your desired login music (mp3 only I suppose, thought I haven't experimented with other formats) and rename the file to wow_main_theme.mp3 if you have vanilla WoW or BC_main_theme.mp3 for Burning Crusade installs.

Which one do I use for the Wotlk theme? Or do I just use the TBC name??

Does not seem to work for me.

Using a standard .mp3 file, i tried wow_ BC_ wrath_ and wotlk_ as the name, and none have worked.

If anyone else finds this to be working, explain a bit more.

this works fore vanilla and BC WoW... but doesnt work for WOTLK sorry

I used to do this back in the old days and put the simpsons theme on there (dunno why)

but it quit working upon WOTLK'S release.. there is most likely a way to do it but I havent seen anyone figure it out yet (haven't really looked tho)

That works well. But if not, take the .mp3 off from the end.

since it has no effect what so ever on gameplay, I heavily doubt it. If it's bannable, UI mods would be too.
