That is part of the old way to Shatterspear dancing troll village (from the tree at 1:57), had to use a bit longer way up there because wallwalking didn't work like now. Once you're up there, the only step left is one jump across a pyramid gap.

O ok, did not know that, i just found this out messing around, and wanted to post it
