I lvled 74 today, so I took the quest to go to Dalaran. Not surpricingly I explored Dalaran a bit, and down in the sewers I found a blade-merchant named Hexil Garrot. His is affiliated with "Tools of the Trade", which is an album with the band Carcass.

I really, really doubt it. The term "tools of the trade" is used so often it can't be linked to an album of some metal band.
