Wow you fail hard, The statue in Brazil is called "Christo Redentor" or in English Christ the redeemer. And you also fail because it is not on an island but atop of a mountain in Rio de Janeiro. I would know because I was born in Rio.

My rep has nothing to do on whether this dude is right or not. "Cristo Redentor" is not an island and that is all. No question about it. And yea a GM for an online video game would know better than someone that was born in not only that country but that state.
