Atleast I knew bout it :P
Oh well, gz on finding it yourself
Nice findthat statue was always reminding me of something xD
Wow you fail hard, The statue in Brazil is called "Christo Redentor" or in English Christ the redeemer. And you also fail because it is not on an island but atop of a mountain in Rio de Janeiro. I would know because I was born in Rio.
That statue in Rio was the first thing that came up to my mind when I saw that goblin statue -.-
Common knowledge imo
This was mentioned in a big list i found about Refrences like Haris pilton and shit. I was told that Beta Vanilla it looked like a human

someone (maybe on this forum) made a whole list of stuff in wow made after real life historic buildings..
now hurry up and find it so you can post some more here.. appearantly common knowledge is not what it used to be![]()
Oh and forgot to mention. That island ingame is called Janeiro Point. Cristo Redentor is in Rio de Janeiro.
Actually that is common sense. That's something everyone who's 35+ should notice. If you've noticed the statue but not knew what it was, get back to school. I rest my case
