There is another thread that is similar to this, but it uses another way to get out and does not show how to get into Kil'Jaeden's room, so i'm gonna post this since i already went through the trouble of frapsing it.
For everyone that has not already killed M'uru, it is much easier to use the method described Here to get out of the instance.

using hacks to explore is just sad imo... might as well just go to a private server and port there.
