the northsire one is quite cool never seen that, the athari spot is reacheble through swimming in live servers i think so not so special.. i gues its a spot used for boats in some expansion

Nope, thats a unnamed city east of arathi highlands... the pic you're talking about is from Northshire Valley, where the water ends.

Yeah it is, I used to mountain climb and such. I would commonly see this image as I wander around the cliffs to the side of stormwind.
