I really don't think it's not usefull... i mean for example... you're getting ganked for the 4th time on your alt you can either log on your main, travel all the way there to kill that guy, get back on your alt and prolly get killed again or you could just log... Or you could use this funny little trick just prepare the hs and steam tonk ress in front of him and instant HS in front of his face :>

And if u use Stam Tonk and only then a Hearth, you will be casting hearth and running

Nice for those times you're getting ganked and just want to res and hearth. Even though there's a better and faster way to do that with auto-unstuck while dead and res just before timer reaches 0.
