Okay, first of all, you need a rogue , and a lockbox, that the rogue can gain skill off.
now get a friend to stand in an inn / major city (beacause of INSTANT logout), (he got lockbox) and trade it to you, now you open the lockbox in the 'Will not be Traded' thingy, and a second after its open, he logout, and log into same char again, and VOILA! its LOCKED! Rise and repeat till he dont gain skill anymore

Havent tryed it jet because i dont have a rogue.. but its an awsome trick!

if you aint rogue there isnt the big idea in trying opening SM doors
