Changing last name

Hello

I'd like to change my last name on my main account so I can transfer a char with mage tower.
As I understand, I need to write to blizzard and tell them I got married and then have a wedding certificat ready to show them.

Have any of you guys delt with these things before? I know there's threads about this but they don't seem to help me out.
If admin thinks this post i double or anything, feel free to delete it
