Early Access to Korthia's unreachable Island
As the tittle says, you can get to the island at the bottom of the map (which is unreachable at this point) by doing this:
Climb up to this rock

Then aim to this branch, use some speed boost and then use a Goblin Glider

You will die from falling damage before getting there, but you'll get the last part for the Explore Korthia's achievement and your corpse will appear at the edge of the island so you can explore and farm chests without competition
Cheers.

You can do this pretty much from everywhere with a glider. Or you use one of the mountain paths.
Or simply use the maldraxxi ‚flight master‘ just south of the quest hub.

Yeah, there are multiple ways to get there now. This was meant for days one and two. Now this topic is kinda useless haha

I'm really upset that they disabled the gnome engineering gravity well... could bounce up high and then glide to wherever you wanted... assuming it doesnt overheat before you get high enough.
The fact they added flying, but disabled something so harmless as the gravity well in areas it worked pre-9.1, just seems silly.... almost like someone has a grudge against it... esp considering flying can get you more places faster now.
I had these surprise changes, especially when they start nerfing professions that weren't a huge issue to begin with. The landsharks in BFA kept changing almost every week when it came to where you could use them, and then nerfed into basically a toy. No engineering love anymore...
Sorry for the off-topic rank.. but yea.. no place is unreachable generally with some toys. At the start of SL I used gravity well+gliders to get to the top of just about the highest points in all the zones.
Keep thinking like this and you'll end up finding a lot of other neat places you didn't think you could get to
