Aldor Bank-Desync-Dupe

Using the Aldor Desync method I did a successful ITEM ICON dupe. I can find the SS if there are any doubts (on my iPhone now).

Basically I used a Warlock. Using my eye it was extremely hard to desync so I can't fully test this myself. I'm on a new server so no elixirs ftl.

Anyway when you desync everything does despawn. The guild bank remains though. I opened the guild bank (no withdrawl privelages) before I cast my eye. And spammed withdraw/move on a stack of BT gems. I wasn't paying much attention and didn't notice until after that there was an extra stack of each gem I tried. Sadly I dont know if it was the move or withdraw that did something. The other sad point is when I tried to combine the gem stack it said that item does not exist.

Another idea I can not try because I am to far back to desync myself with the eye. But open the mailbox and keep it open when you desync yourself. The mailbox vanishes but your mail tab stays open. I got it to work one laggy time when I had nothing in my mailbox to try for a dupe.

That is all I was able to do, I only desynced myself 3-4 times so I didn't get a lot of time to play with it. Maybe with guild bank access you can dupe the entire item by getting it into your inventory. Just some ideas, play with them.

since the server stores what items you have, desyncing yourself isn't going to help... when you want to use the "duped" item in your inventory your client will query the server. The server will respond with "YOU FAIL LOL"

EDIT: you could try filling your bags with duped icons, and then using a crafting skill with non-duped items to create something (i.e. bandages). The server will think you have room in your bags, the client might do weird stuff...

Sounds more like you bugged your UI.

Not my UI, other people in the guild could see the gems also.
