While in Torgast there is a buff you can get that makes Elysian Decree's cooldown reset if it hits a Mawrat.

I randomly discovered that if you hit a Mawrat that is evading it still resets the CD without killing the Mawrat allowing you to cast it many more times than intended.


The way I happened upon this was by imprisoning a rat just before I died. The CC was still active when I came back but evading. I imagine someone with a combat reset like Feign Death or Shadowmeld could more easily make use of this kind of exploit.
