This will net you roughly 5% to 6% of your exp bar every 3 minutes with little effort.
Once you get to Nagrand and get ready to build your garrison building in the zone, you will get a quest called "Challenge of the Masters" you pull the blade and kill the adds between killing the adds and the rp it takes roughly 3 minutes to complete. Dont turn in the quest or pick up the blueprints the sword to pull will respawn and from there the adds will respawn. Im testing this with the 10% exp potion from BFA and its giving now roughly 7% of my bar at the level of 42 every 3 minutes.

*edit* during the down times in rp if you and a friend pull other adds in the area it makes up for lost time during the rp making the exp an hour about 10% every 3 minutes
