    It's a Broken sprite...

    You can look like one while on the quest Ruse of the Ashtongue, it requires you to kill Al'ar while looking like a Broken from the quest's Cowl.

    The next part of the quest requires you to kill Rage Winterchill so you can stay with it in your bags until you actually go into Hyjal :P
