2. Immediately hit your spell cast key before your wand actualy shoots
3. The moment your castbar appears, start strafing (almost the same time as you hit your spell cast key)
4. Continue holding strafe and your cast will continue while moving.

I got it to work.

If you use quarts, you have to start before you Casting bar pops up, and it will say failed at first, then start casting.

This has already been posted on the official mage forums. Expect incoming nerf. I was watching my roommate doing this about 45minutes ago actually. He had found it on the mage forums. The warrior he dueled to test it out on said "HOW THE ****" My mage friend replies "SEKRET" and the warrior responded "That is bullshit" and ran back into Orgrimmar. Was humorous but expect a hotfix ASAP.
