Hum ok, i'm sorry if repost, and sorry for my bad english ( isn't my native language )

It managed at everybody to fall on a painful GM during a request. And indeed you can take revenge!

Generally, when the GM takes charge of your request, he does not take time to spend the request in "current request" but in "Your request will soon be handled"

BUT ! You can cancel it !

He thinks that the money the GMs earn monthly depends on the number of how many tickets they solve or w/e fix, help etc.

When the GM opens and starts working on your ticket, it makes no difference if you go offline, close the ticket etc.
He will still have the ticket open in his system. He can escalate or downgrade it, he can delete it (never done) he can work on it himself or he can resolve it with no further intervention needed.

You closing the ticket makes ZERO difference to what he does and they get set salaries by the way, they dont work on commission
