So, there's jumping over fence in tunnel etc. but i figured a new way.
To do it, you need to use walljumping, to make it easier, run this macro said in one other thread, it makes u to face directly to N,E,S,W, makes alot easier:

So then, there's flag, and 2 not full vertical "pillars" on both side of it.
face towards that wall and start walljumping straight upwards in right side "pillar" until you are like 5 meters higher than the higher stand, somekind of balcony.
Then jump on that balcony when you think your enough high to jump there. Slowfalling effects help lot here if u have.
Then just run out and get ready to be reported 9 times 6):
