Good experience lvl32-38

In Blackhoof Village, Dustwallow Marsh, there are Tauren. The Grimtotem Spirit-Shifters are lvl36-ish and summon 2 wolves from time to time. On my 37 rogue, these wolves still give me 96 experience per kill, and I think they only have 1 life (I 1hit em). So for any healing/high armor class/pwners just keep the spirit-shifters alive and keep killing their doggies. You can just let a lvl70 stand in front of 10 of those spirit shifters (not doing any damage) and then you just kill all the wolves they spawn Easy and fast experience.

Good thinking but to be honest i use exploit becuse im lazy and 96 exp per wofl is slower than questing but still

If you have 10 of those guys spawning wolves, they summon 2 at a time, you'd have 1920 exp already with close to no trouble. And that's on lvl37! Prolly higher on lower level.
