Secret Blood Elf House and Northern Plaguelands Patch 1.12.2!

I was really scared to post this guide at first, as I thought that i'd get spamms of 'This has been posted before, easy to find out' and etc.

So I searched through the forums and didnt find any proper guides to get here, and all of the other guides had been patched recently. A mate told me this today so I thought I'd whip up a deep-fried-guide for you all xD

Warning: You may need some sort of speed Increase (Sprint, Speed Pot, Aspect of the Cheetah) to make things easier. And you will definitely need Slow Fall (Noggenfogger Elixir, Safe Fall / Levitate) or a soulstone. Rogues with Safe Fall can probably survive.

First, you need to get to this point of the map in Eastern Plaguelands:


Head up the stairs of this Troll Place (Can't seem to think of a better name =p)


Around the right hand corner (Ignore the Purple Trolls, all they do is stare)


And hop down onto the ledge here.


When down on this part of the ledge, you may want to pop your Speed Potion/Sprint/Aspect of the Cheetah to make things easier, but you might be able to simply jump it.
Anyway, jump onto the brown terrain shown on the following picture.


When on this section, press the walk key and slowly follow the arrow on the picture:


Then follow this second arrow onto the ledge above:


Once up here, mount up (60% or Epic, either is possible) and jump for the spot on the picture.


Follow the next couple of pictures and you should end up in Northern Plaguelands
(The area some call Quel'thalas).




Once here, follow this arrow if you want to avoid falling down the huge cliffs to your death.


Keep going till you reach this point on your map

Now get ready to chug your Noggenfogger or cast Slow Fall / Levitate.
Rogues with Safe Fall can probably survive it, but my hunter mate fell to his death.

Nothing much. Just wanted to prove it could still be done. If it has been posted before then I do apologize because I did comb the Exploits forum to see if there have been any recent posts of it. Thanks all

Edit: Also, sorry if this is old news or has been around for a while. Just I only found it out today and after asking some friends who didnt know about it either, I decided to post

Edit 2: As of Patch 2.0.1. Blizzard have removed the Blood Elf House from this area, the map section is still there but due to them adding the new Quel'thalas area they have turned it into an earth pit :[

The area 'NPL' is now called Quel'thalas, and shows up when /who is used.

It is still possible to get there, just no Blood Elf House and NPL = Quel'Thalas.

anyway yeah you can get their from the ocean and you can get to Quel thalas un Instanced From the top there to you can see down to that NE/BE house just saying

thanks for posting this, we need more exploring stuff on here! and never be afraid to post a guide here, we arent the noggs and we wont say "spon fwed plz haha noob dont post stuff!" imo, we need more exploring guides so people l2explore without hacks (Mountain climber=no no)

agreed. MC takes all the fun out of it - too easy to find any exploits. it takes real skill and dedication to find exploits such as this one purely by skillful ingame tactics. +rep for you, aran

Haha!! No that wasn't taken from the Noggaholics. That was taken from my mate who knows a lot about exploring

And Khounur... The way from the ocean was patched, and so was this way that i've posted. But Explorers can always find a way over patches

haha, im not scared to post guides anymore. Ive searched the forums and found a topic that no guides have been posted before. I know how to get there so im making up another guide as we speak
