Overtuned Food
The old bc food Stormchops hasnt scaled down, currently at 110 its doing about 6-15% of my damage as a tank/dps, have tested it with healers as well, and they can benifit from it as well just by healing thus the proc is passive, though it does seem to proc a bit better with lust so haste might affect the proc, this food has a different well-fed buff icon so dont try to pair it with other foods or it will overwrite it, this food can also be used in combat, so on fights like argus when you die you can use it again when you revive!! hope this helps some of you!!
Ps: can be used in raids/dungeons/and m+ as of now, sure this will be fixed soon enjoy while you can!

Got any dps meters you can link? I'm interested in the numbers.

Fishing for the eels at the moment. They are annoying to get tho, with their max 10% catch rate, I've only caught 1 in 20 min of fishing. Will post meters later if no one else does.

Can confirm, very high damage procs.

Be careful tho, even if you click it off it will still be active and can pull stuff from quite far away.
Also getting the materials is a PAIN.
Took me an hour of fishing to get 4 eels.

@Disphotic i have tried it on my lvl 90 toon in a dungeon, it seems like this food might scale off your ap/sp,it was still doing about 10-20% dmg for me at lvl 90 so i assume that at lvl 60 itll prob work close to the same still a good chunk of dmg but you might pull off your tank with it so becareful you lose the buff when you die!!
And i also found when trying to farm the Lightning eel the best way for me to farm it was by going to the isle of quel'danas and just fishing in the open water there for bloated giant sunfish, i found i got more doing it this way than fishing in the waters in blasted lands and kara, was averging about 10-20 an hour with this method myself, however rng is still a factor so your results may vary!!
ps: also tried this in a bg and it wasnt doing anything close to what it does outside of pvp it happened to do 6dmg per proc so use your food elsewhere.

RNG it would not be "Better" to farm those fish, since they also have a 10% catch rate, but only has a 16% chance of containing an eel. Therefore it should be harder getting eels from bloated.

@Noxse rng in the fact that 1 bloated giant sunfish can contain anywhere from 1-4 eels can make it very worthwhile when farming, im not saying its the better way but its the way i used and found that worked for me!

@Blindman555666 Ah, didn't realize that it could contain multiples. Might be worth while then. May i ask how you came by the realization? Simply testing all the foods which give an effect of damage?

@noxse pretty much i saw with the stat squish made certain current food such as the nightbourne delicacy platter give 17 to mastery while a mop food like mango ice gave 18 mastery, after i saw that i started looking and testing old foods such as the felmouth frenzy from draenor(which isnt good) and testing what other foods might have some edge over legion food.stormchops was the only food i was able to see that was more worthy of a post, there is one other food i found called skullfish soup which gives 12 crit and 12 vers which is more overall stats than more of the higher end recipes in legion giving 17 but to one stat, that being said its a mix stat food vs the single stat food which has more toward that stat so i felt something like that was to weak to share, that being said it was that food that lead me to try stormchops as i remember farming them both back in the day and getting them together so i tried it out , hit a dummy and saw the results.

It works well on a dummy, but when I tried using stormchops in a duel it procced for 1- 20 dmg ish. On dummy it procced for 5k. Might be that they nerfed it?
