World Event items no longer restricted

Items that are available to use only during a specific world event no longer require the event to be active in order to activate/use them.

[Limes]

I thought this included transmog, disappointed that it's still locked.

I'm curious, which items did you test this with? I only ask because it's late here and I just can't think of any right now.
