AB CP quest - easy way

This happened to me once in AB, I disconnected near a flag and when I logged back in the BG was over.. but I could run around and still get the CP. I didn't get marks or honor (except for HKs from before) but I got the capture quest done easy.

It does tend to happen, but alot of the time it will simply load the screen, then directly load to where you queued.
