Double Jepardy Twin Peaks achievement

Hello, this was posted back in WoD and got fixed for a while. You can once again queue up for mercenary mode twin peaks and receive this achievement even if you win with just 1 flag cap. As long as the enemy hasn't capped any flags and you win, you get this achievement.

You can queue up for mercenary mode near the flight point entrance to the dalaran sewers.

He's only active for the faction that has more active players in queue. (Usually horde for US)

I just tried this out:
I am Europe Horde and went mercenary and joined as Alliance char in Twin Peaks. We won with 3 over 0 caps.
Didn't get he achievement.
