    On-use 4.8K armor trinket with no CD from Ulduar timewalking

    Royal Seal of King Llane - Item - World of Warcraft from Yogg-Saron in Ulduar timewalking doesn't have a CD of any sort (other similar trinkets from the raid have a 2 minute CD). 4.8K additional armor with 100% uptime.

    haven't gotten one in-game, but the wowhead tooltip for the 7.3.5 version of this trinket (the one added for timewalking) also confirms that the new version of the trinket does not have a cooldown.
