1. Accept the quest from the troll in Shattarah city that sells useless jewelery, you can find him in the lower city, just behind the Scryers bank.
2. Hand in the quest at the human infront of the Zul Aman gates and accept the new quest [reward: blue 20 slot bag]
3. Find someone that has killed high priest Nalorak
4. Invite the person, turn party into a raid, enter ZM.
5. As soon as you exit the building you will reach a big set of stairs, descent from them and descent from the second set of stairs [smaller ones] make a right and go up the stairs, you will not be in Naloraks terrace, the map should be laying on some boxes on the right side, you dont need to worry about respawning mobs, when the boss is killed no mobs will respawn in that portion of the instance.
6. Pick up map, exit instance, hand in quest.

This isn't an exploit... it's just using somebody else's instance to do the quest.

You don't need to get the quest from the guy in Shattrath, you can just pick it up. Also you don't need to kill Nalorak to do it, you can just cling to the right wall and "ninja" the map. So any raid can do it as the trash pulls are ridiculously easy and thats all you need to kill.
