he has to be killed for several world quests (one of them is up today), but he's a demon and warlocks can enslave him and deny everybody else the chance to complete the q, if you wanna troll people or just be a massive dick look no further..

now before some smartasses say 'how is this an exploit?!!?!!?' well, normally such mobs are immune to enslave for obvious reasons, even the other named quest mobs in the area you gotta kill are immune, just not this fella.
