If you get 100% drunk ingame and /reloadui or relog you will get, Max Zoomed Out and you can adjust zoom in/out as you want
works in raid and outside of raid
Dying will fix the zoom out

This looks to me like just the normal field of view increase that happens when you are drunk in game.

Are you saying that you are able to get the camera effect to persist after the drunk blur has ended?

It only seems to be working while being drunk, but the blur annoys alot while raiding

Welcome to World of Warcraft!

This view is in since getting drunk is implemented (vanilla maybe?) What's the point of relogging? You can adjust zoom even if you're drunk without a relog.

Indeed, you cannot perform well with this blur/glowing effect in a raid so unless you're talking about a way to kill drunk effect and keep view distance this is completely useless and working as intended.

This might still work to turn off the blur. (/console ffxGlow 1) to turn it on again.
