There is a world quest currently in Highmountain that requires you to kill 5 ogres and 1 ogre prince, its crowded with ppl on my server.
1.2m xp/h for my hunter there (rested)

only 400k xp/h for me, arms warrior - rested. lvl 101. it depends how many people at this area i have lot of downtime because nobody is running around. EU servers.
