This NPC offers a quest down in the underbelly: Fizzi Liverzapper - NPC - World of Warcraft

You can complete a quest that rewards 150 sightless eyes, relog and you're able to complete the quest over and over again.

The quest that worked for me was this one: Experimental Potion: Test Subjects Needed - Quest - World of Warcraft as she offers six different quests that all give 150 sightless eyes. I don't know if it's just this quest or if this works for any of the quests.


edit: It is recommended to do this on an alt account tied to your battle.net account as it's dangerous and could get the account you do it on banned. Lucky thing is the achievement and ratstallion mount are battle.net account wide, so even if your alt account is banned you'll still have the mount

Well I did it on an alt bot account just to be safe, as the ratstallion mount and achievement are battle.net account wide

I dunno the quest didnt show back up for me after i relogged.

honestly, i dont think this is gonna be a ban wave worthy exploit.
1: I did it a couple times and it takes forever and PVPing in a PVP group would net me 100x more than this.
2: It's not even instant log out next 2 the quest guy so this shit takes forever
3: your not ****ign with the economy like felslate did

I could absolutely be wrong , so dont take it as fact.

Personally, I'm not going to continue doing it. Typing in Sewer or Rat in premade group finder and joining a pvp raid group nets me like 1000 every PVP wave by spamming aoe

Sadly they nerfed farming sightless eyes in raids from the sept 7 hotfixes: Hotfixes: September 8 - WoW

"Players in a raid group will no longer earn PVP credit, nor receive Sightless Eyes in the Underbelly."

You can still farm them in a party though, though not nearly as efficient as it once was.
