Since server hop dosent work as it did anymore, you can use your hearthstone to dalaran with your winterspring cub out, it Will not dissapear, so when you're in dalaran you can server hop there and then transfer to get another daily quest. Because its more likely to get phased in that area.

Server hop doesnt work for me :s Im not getting phased. even if i get invites from random servers.

I did however completed 2 dailies. 1 when i got the cub and 1 right after when i teleported to dalaran. but after that it didnt work for me anymore
