Furbolg: Technically in a different area

Ok, everyone knows Dartol's Rod of Transformation transforms you into a furbolg. But recently, it's been glitching so that it shows you as in a different area in on your screen (technically, but it shows you as in the original area when /who is used). This effect persists after use of the furbolg item. Example:
