Just found a nice little exploit that I want to share with you! It allows you to completely skip flights and getting ported directly to your destination, thus potentially saving alot of time!
What you want to do:
1. Talk to a Flight Master
2. Use Grappling Hook (new Rogue ability) once so you can chose a spot you want to hook to.
3. Hover your mouse over the flight point you want to get to and adjust your camera so your grappling hook won't end up with an error
4. Spam-click that flight point
5. Profit
Very nice! I remember there were other methods of doing this exploit quite a while back, but nice to see that new methods pop up
The last time I heard of this exploit it was (also for rogues) using Survivors Bag of Coins. Same-ish method, using the bag after clicking FP.
So with the stop macro someone re-posted earlier in another thread you can actually use grappling hook to move around if you time it right. But I've only managed to get one grappling hook timed right after a 30 second wait so far
I did it 10 times to golshire, no one successfully.
About the path from A to B and then back.. yeah, i did it from the lowest point to the highest, first time it was working, secound time (way back) - not. and i was waiting 10 mins D: was not funny.

Yes, it sometimes doesn't work but I'm quite sure that it's only about the hook placement and has nothing to do with the flight path you take
I managed to increase my consistency using this by having a Razer macro as I use a Nostromo and by default I had a "smartcast Grappling Hook" macro.
For the macro:
1) Open Razer Synapse if you have a Razer item that can be configured with buttons to play macros.
2) Click desired keybind and change it from "default" or whatever it is set to "Macro"
3) Click the + sign next to the macro selection to add a new one.
4) Untick the "record delay" box
5) Press "Record" and press your grappling hook key and left click afterward as if you were using the ability. Your macro should come to look like:
[Arrow Down Icon] *keybind*
[Arrow Up Icon] *keybind*
Left Click Down
Left Click Up
6) Save, so now when you press that button it should play your macro for you.
7) Go to flightmaster and open their flights, zoom out and hover over your desired option and spam your macro key. For me it is 6 on my Nostromo.
This isn't a work for all solution and I don't claim it to be one but this has increased my consistency with it and I am sitting at 6 success of 6 tries. This is better than the 50/50 I was getting earlier. Maybe it is luck. You can probably use other means to create this macro to the same purpose and result.
