windfury weapon leveling sploit

ok i have been using this "exploit" for quite some time now, ok, im a lvl 60 shaman and i use windfury to help me level my wep skills. if youre hitting stuff and the windfury kicks in, you get + 2 or 3 levels each time it kicks in and this works, but then as usual, when your wep skill that youre leveling gets a little higher you need to hit a few more times just to gain 1 level in that wep instead of 3 for windfury....give it a try

thats not an exploit, windfurry is supposed to level your weapon up 2 or 3 times because your hitting the mob 2 or 3 times when it procs,
