so as you all know they've been replaced with the 100 boost, but I'm hear to tell you,

the 90 boost that came with warlords of draenor can be applied and added to accounts multiple times in any amount on the same license
if you're lucky enough to find the old warlords of draenor cd keys on a website or bought them before.
if they remain unredeemed you'll be able to do so multiple times, different keys each time but as many keys A you like.

I bought Wod digital via battlenet before release and already use the 90 boost back then, can I use it again on another toon/ account?

or if you bought the keys back then you can now add unlimited 90 boosts?

nope. It means. that you can get a 90lvl boost on your account with legion, if you activate an ACTIVE (not used) draenor key. One boost each key

I assume, the "exploit" you describe involve contacting a GM via Live Chat/Ticket etc, correct?

As this is stated from Blizzard as the only way for redeeming old WoD upgrade keys, till they are available.

Probably not. If you get hands on Old WoD CD-Key, the level 90 Boost will come with it.
