Farming LFR Valor Points outside the instance

Probably (99% sure) not working as intended but here it goes:

- Join lfr
- Enter instance
- TP out
- Do whatever you want - farm, mounts, pet battles etc
- Profit

You ll be reward with valor points (u get the gold also - thanks jimmys96 my bad!) when they kill last boss, even if ur not inside, but u ll get the credit anyway.

I do this method on HM n BRF, never got kicked, kinda lucky probably. Also this instance are so easy with the new gear that they never wipe (besides the iron maidens, when ppl dont do boat)

But welp, just wanted to share it regardless you get kicked on your first try or not. Its about luck not getting kicked, but even if you do, you wont loose a thing so ye.

Also i dont know if its a repost or not, and tbh cba to search it. If its a repost delete it

It is indeed not intended, and it's an extremely nice find. ^^ Has been posted in elite for a couple months now, and I've personally been using this in a way to actually farm gold for some time ^.^ Great job on finding it though.

Oh and one last thing, you actually do get the completion gold, although it's just like 150g or so

Probably going to get fixed soon, so wth...
You can earn a noticeable amount of gold doing this, while 'almost' completely AFK... You still get the call to arms bags while doing this, and every bag contains 500-600 gold each, a bunch of account bound random baleful pieces, some runes, and a pretty good chance at the 695 baleful upgrade token... So what you do is get a class with both a dps and healer spec (they rarely notice healers not being there, but if you do it as tank you're an ass and won't have any success anyways), download an addon to track which Call to Arms is up if any, and que for those. and a bonus, stand on a moving object and you won't actually get teleported into the raid.. What I use most of the time is the Gnomeregan elevator or the carousel at the Darkmoon Faire.. deeprun tram also works just fine.

TL;DR
1. get class with dps and healer spec
2. download addon to track CTA and que for it as long as it's not tank
3. stand on moving object
4. accept invites
5. get bags with gold


These bags also count for the loot 200k gold achievement... and I'm guessing the loot X amount of gold in draenor as well

That's a post from 2012... Requiring you to get into combat and then disconnect yourself from the game and not log back on until it's completed. In this thread, and the one posted in elite, you simply teleport out and do whatever want... Same goal, different way to achieve it. A way that gives you far more control.
