remove lock on temp. locked spells (and talents)

Hello,
when you use the wod token to level to 90 your spells get temp. locked

when you enter a dung (entered sunken temple , close to dark portal) your abilities get unlocked again , even outside dung. Yes even the talents!

this should be common sense... why would they let you queue into dungeuns without giving you the spells? i found this out months ago.

then why would they lock it if they knew you could remove it like this ?

It's common sense. There was blue post about this: Newly Boosted Characters in Tanaan Jungle - Forums - World of Warcraft

"If you’re a veteran player and are absolutely sure that you want to skip this progression of spells and abilities, you can either swap specs or queue for an instance. This will unlock the remaining spells and abilities for you."
