Hello!. If you are having problems doing this part of the legendary quest you can let a friend invite you from a x-realm group. all the mobs will despawn

Just leave the group once you are at your Objective

I think you don't understand the point of an exploitation forums. This pretty much makes you save time 'skillfully' killings and ccing mobs. If it was hard, not everyone would be able to do it. If it took a while, everyone can, which it does.

think this has been fixed. trying on a toon that just got to this part and cant get this to work anymore

This was hotfixed a couple days after 6.2. It was part of the hotfix patch notes.

Along with the hotfix, they made the quest significantly easier. They removed half the mobs. You don't really need to exploit it anymore.
