Felmouth Frenzy buff on any level character.

Not sure if intended or not but currently the Felmouth Frenzy food has no item level required, meaning you can get the felbolts buff on lowbies, quite fun in wrecking bgs and dungeons.

Confirmed working. It also looks like all the new Darkmoon potions/elixirs are not bound to a required level, so I assume it's by design and not an exploit.

Correct. The ability is Fel Lash and as you slide the level scale goes from 23 - 2244.
