I have not actually done this and I did not come up with the idea.

I searched wowhead looking for the buff they used but couldn’t find it. A few months later I watched a video by Archvaldor and there it was, a stacking 600% damage buff located in Frostfire Ridge. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1cplCEqCe0

To get the buff you must be on a horde-only garrison campaign quest. Fury of Frostfire - Quest - World of Warcraft

It still works, but you need friends to summon you fast. Put in elite exploits section before it gets fixed.

This type of issue has been around for years. There's not that much they can to do stop people exploiting op buffs in-world because
each world continent is an instance.

each world continent is an instance.

I was not suggesting that this should be moved to elite.
I was quoting someone above me who was shouting that this should be moved to the elite section.
And my answer to those shouts are exactly what you just said. If its been posted here, even in elite. Blizz knows.

They'd have to change the structure of a major quest though, which can create a bottleneck to progression and multiple complaints from the wider community. Easier to let a few guys have some fun with world bosses.

But yeah, if they are determined to mess this up in some way they can. Probably. Though I've noticed they often make the problem worse when doing so.
