Get both Spires of Arak Followers (Velonara & Ziri'ak)

Hey guys,

If you have the Spires of Arak outpost "Brewery" and got Dark Ranger Velonara, you can switch the outpost to Smuggler's Den (costs 10k gold) and obtain Ziri'ak from the outpost ability NPC. This works because Ziri'ak is bought and not obtained through a quest.
Blizzard stated that you shouldn't get an outposts follower by switching the outpost.

Unfortunately this doesn't work the other way around so if you have Smuggler's Den, you can't get Velonara.

To get this work:
1. Your first outpost in Spires has to be Brewery (not Smuggler's Den)
2. Do the outpost quests until you get Velonara
3. Switch outpost buildings (costs 10k)
4. Summon your outpost ability NPC and buy Ziri'ak (may take a while sinceZiri'ak is not 100% there)

I haven't seen anything said that you can't obtain both followers from Blizz. It's just a bit expensive to do so.

It your first choice was smuggler's den, velonara is phased for you. Forever. And she doesn't care about you switching Inn/Den after that.

It's an exploit as it is not intended by Blizzard.

Yeah I switched as soon as I finished questing in Spires to get the ressources... but switching in Spires was buggy and the ressource crate was removed, gg Blizz, at least I got Ziri'ak :>

Lul, it's not any kind of exploit, not even a guide. It's pretty normal, straightforward and intended of course.

Blizzard don't want us to collect both followers from the questlines from both outposts! Can you just read please? It still stands true even in Spires, because:

Ziri'ak is NOT a follower reward from any outpost questline! It's a single item can be bought from a vendor that belongs to a specific outpost. That's all no need to overthink it. after you change an outpost the new outpost's questline will remain unaccessible, still.

It's pretty much intended to let all people obtain their Ziri'ak.

So it's ok that people who take Brewery and switch to Smuggler's Den get an extra follower, but not the other way around? Pretty much not intended because people who took Smuggler's Den first don't have the opportunity to get Velonara

Yes, it's pretty much unintended to get the followers from the other outpost's quest chain than your original quest line. It works in every zone. You get the lumber mill follower then you won't get Vandaam from the arena quest line - or any other part of the arena quest serie. Since Ziri'ak is not a follower reward from any quest line we all allowed to grab it. The price however for the inn people over the den people is a 10k gold plus the follower's actual price. If they didn't want inn people to get Ziri'ak they should've made a simple grab-follower quest for it at the end of the den chain.

i believe this is intended because you do buy the follower for 5k gold after geting a rare recipe/hire contract from the npc you can summon, so it actually has nothing to do with the building but the loot the special ability sells you and when you swap building i see no reason to why you shouldnt be able to get it as its quests you have not done and you pay 10k to do the content you pay everymonth for anyway
