Mythical pet battle stone without a lev 3 menagerie

Not sure this is intended but the quest to obtain this item is only available from a level 3 menagerie.

As long as you can visit someones garrison with a level 3 menagerie, you can pick up the quest and get your stone.

Not sure if it's possible if the character hasn't actually setup the garrison in Draenor but with some cheeky summoning or other method it might be possible to create unlimited numbers of these by creating a lev 1 and then deleting, rinse and repeat

I currently only have a lv 2 menagerie and got the quest/stone. I suppose its possible to repeat this quest on alts with the help of someone's menagerie though..

the quest is 98+ and availability is not dependant on your pet menagerie level, you only need a garrison on level 3
