There's a spot in Blood Furnace where a Gnome can fit under, the gate "after" the final boss So three people run under it, summon the other 2 and go kill the final boss.

actually there is another way for every class. All you have to do is take all you cloothes off and run straight to the gate which leads to the boss. Die on purpose, and heres what you do. do not rez. go /logout and at the last sec push the graveyard button. if you do this right you will be in ghost form and still in the instance instead of at the graveyard, now just walk through gate and re rez. You will now be past the gate. If you didnt do it right youll have to log back on till you do. NOTE youll need something like a lock to pull the boss into where you just got to :-) EASY EPICS!!!!

i believe die / logout thingy was fixes aswell.

It's been posted several times that you can wall jump near that same point right over the wall, most classes will take fall damage, but not die.
