When attempting to do this the second account does not even show a quest when I summon him. I can get the quest but there is no quest for my other account. This does not work.

When you see no quest on your second account, that you already had completed the quest on the first account that day.

If I had already completed it on the first account then I wouldn't have seen it on the first account either. This is NOT working. My first account has an engineer. I invited my second account on the same battle.net to a group. I met up with the two toons. I popped the Blingatron 5k and my first account with the engineer had the option for a quest... My second account did not. The quest is per battle.net account so if it had been done on the second account then I would not be eligible to do the quest on the first account.... Again.... THIS DOES NOT WORK.

Edit: There is one of three scenarios happening here....

Scenario 1: The OP got lucky and had this happen once....
Scenario 2: The OP is lying and just trying to get rep before people confirm it doesn't work
Scenario 3: This is a Theory....

Either scenario 1, except three times...
or it was fixed.

Maybe it's region related? I'm on US realms.

I am on US realms as well. I just tested it again and with my Blingatron, only I was able to see the quest. I then ran both characters outside the garrison because a friend had just placed a Blingatron. We were BOTH able to see the quest. So.... Confirmed that this does work but not with your own Blingatron and has to be someone else's. Edit your original post to remove that bit and you are good to go. +rep

I found out that you can not summon your own blingatron. It has to be someone elses bling for it to work.

Maybe do it at the same time (with a multiboxing program, like OP suggested), so the server doesn't have time to register that you completed it.

It obviously won't work if you log off and try another character.
