Disenchanting items WITHOUT enchanting

Funny little exploit that I've just encountered, I didn't seen anything about it on ownedcore, so here it goes:

If you create a premade party using looking for group, even if you're the only member you get an option to roll need, greed and disenchant on all gear - even if you're on a toon without enchanting. I've recreated that twice just to make sure, but any confirmations are like always welcome.

EDIT: You do NOT need to have an enchanting building in your garrison for this to work!

EDIT2: While it works in open world in Draenor, it does NOT work in cata dungeons.

I'm am pretty sure this is working as intended if you have an enchanter in your group who actually IS able to disenchant the items. In this case, all party members are able to roll on disenchant...This is true for almost 2 years now, afaik

Please read carefully: I was in a party ALONE. My only proffesions are tailoring and engineering

if you have a enchanting garrison it accounts for that.

I took that into consideration: I have a salvage yard, tailoring and inscription buildings
