Double Mines and Herb respawn

What you need to do is get Lvl 2 Mine and Herbalist first before any Garrison updates.
Then you need to mine + herb daily CD - Update Garrison - CD resets.
You can do it twice so there are many primals to gain from it and also resources.

Does it still work that, when you are upgrading your ( Mine level 2,3 ) and then cancelling it, then the CD is gone and you can loot/reset it infinity times?? Or has it been fixed?

Garrison updates instantly :C you cannot cancel it.
