[Enchant Mark of the Shattered Hand] - Works for Casters

Mark of the Shattered Hand
Permanently enchants a melee weapon to sometimes bleed your enemy for 1500 damage, plus an additional 4500 damage over 6 sec.

currently a very cheap and viable Weapon Enchant is useable by Caster Dmg Classes.

Working as intended tbh. They simply changed the tooltip, its how it was in the beta.

The tooltip is really misleading.
I guess you could declare every weapon as a melee weapon since you can perform auto attacks with it ^^
